The Civilized Enterprise Award was developed by China as a means to recognize and promote business that provides an outstanding professional and progressive business environment.

2001 PRODUCT OF THE YEAR
ChannelPlus was honored with the Product of the Year award for its 8157 Broadband Residential Gateway from EH Publishing. Award recipients are chosen by the Electronic House editorial staff to honor new and innovative products for the home. The award was featured in the December issue of Electronic House and was presented at an awards ceremony during the 2002 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

2001 CES INNOVATIONS
OpenHouse®‚ brand of structured wire products has been honored with the prestigious Innovations 2001 award at the International Consumer Electronic Show. Recognized as the most widely renowned consumer technology awards program, Innovations 2001, sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), recognizes the best designed and engineered products in over 15 categories.

TOP 50 EDITOR'S PICK FOR 2001
Multiplex Technology, Inc. earned a special recognition award from Home Automation Magazine for its innovative design of the OpenHouse structured wire system. The annual Top 50 award recognizes companies for excellence in providing products to the consumer market.

2000 TOP 100 PRODUCT AWARD
ChannelPlus received an award for being one of the top 100 lead generating products of 2000 from Hanley-Wood Publications. The award is based on reader response to the thousands of products featured in its popular series of building publications. This is the third consecutive year Multiplex has been the recipient of this award with ChannelPlus and OpenHouse both previously receiving recognition.

2000 CEDIA ELECTRONIC LIFESTYLES AWARD
Multiplex Technology, Inc. was honored as a finalist in the Best Home Network Product category for the 2000 Electronic Lifestyle award from the Custom Electronic Design Installation Association. The award was presented to Multiplex at an awards dinner to honor recipients.

1999 CEDIA ELECTRONIC LIFESTYLES AWARDS
The ChannelPlus Cat Cam earned Multiplex Technology Inc., the Best Security Product award from the Custom Electronic Design Installation Association. CEDIA, the industry’s premier association for custom installers, honored the industry’s leading installation companies and manufacturers of home automation and entertainment products during its annual expo in Indianapolis.
